We provide full-service primary care for a simple flat monthly membership. No co-pays. No surprise bills.
Membership includes unlimited visits, direct access to your personal physician, and same-day or next-day appointments when you need them.
Many in-office procedures are included. Labs are offered at wholesale pricing ($8 processing fee for members).
A one-time enrollment fee of $100 per person or $150 per family applies.
